At American Sign Factory, LLC we take our mission to service seriously. Our radio dispatched service technicians are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Each truck in our service fleet is fully equipped to handle a wide range of service calls and fully stocked with, among other things, a full line of lamps, ballasts, transformers, capacitors, ignitors and time clocks. In addition, all of our neon repairs are completed in less than 48 hours by our in house neon department to minimize your sign’s downtime.
